RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS
Returns will be allowed under the following conditions:
The item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it with the original packaging, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unstained.
Return must take place within 5 days after receiving your item. 
When notifying us about returns, we request that you please use your order number, your name and surname as the subject or reference.
Please note the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs when sending back your item(s). The original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Please note sale items can unfortunately only be returned, refunded or exchanged for an item to the value of the sale price.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any custom-made items. 

EXCHANGES
Exchanges will only be made for incorrect sizes or items that have unlikely manufacturing defects. Exchanges are only allowed for the exact same item (i.e. same item in another size) and/or an item of the exact same value. 
The item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it with the original packaging, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unstained.
Please note the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs when sending back your item(s). The original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
We strive to photograph our products with the most realistic lighting in order to minimize any differences. Please keep in mind that the colour of items on social media or our website may vary to what you receive.

DAMAGED GOODS
If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us and send us images as proof within 5 days of delivery orders@purpleturtlesa.co.za in order for us to correct this as soon as possible. 
REFUNDS
Refunds will be given in the form of Purple Turtle store credit/ gift voucher for the value of the item(s). To make it more convenient for our customers we do not stipulate an expiry date. 
No cash refunds will be allowed.
Refunds are subject to approval. Once we are satisfied with the condition of the item(s) the approval of the store credit will be given. The item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it with the original packaging, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unstained.
Please note the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs when sending back your item(s). The original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Once the Purple Turtle store credit/ gift voucher has been issued, it will be emailed to you. This process can take up to a maximum of 14 working days.
Please note sale items can unfortunately not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
